Quote, toner, service and ticket forms may ask for contact details, organisation details, device information, site address, request notes and any reference already issued by support.
Website requests are stored by the intake endpoint and routed to the configured Geodetic sales or support destination. Access should be limited to staff responsible for sales, procurement follow-up, technical support and service coordination.
Request records should be retained only for sales, support, audit and customer-service purposes. A requester can ask Geodetic to correct or review submitted contact and request details through the configured support desk.
